Getting started with Google Calendars
The Google calendar application is a flexible approach to managing diaries electronically.

This also makes Google calendars a brilliant tool for sharing community events. We can share them on websites easily and contributions can be made from multiple people and sources.
Google calendar is an electronic calendar that you can use and access anytime from anywhere.
You can keep it private, share it with others and allow members of the public to access and view it too (or a mix of these by creating multiple calendars)
This helps to spread the workload and ensures all aspects of your business or community are covered.
What will this workshop do for you?
This workshop will introduce you to the Google Calendar application and how to access it. We will take you through how to update the calendar and look at the different options for recurring events.
You will also be shown how to add people to be able to update Google calendars, and how to share the calendar with other people.
Many of us use Smartphones nowadays too, so this workshop will also cover how to access google calendars through iOS (Apple) and the Android operating systems.
